How to Stretch Out Shoes (w/ no pain!)

1. Fill up two Ziploc bags with water ~ half full.

2. Make sure the bags are sealed properly!

3. Place one bag in each shoe.

4. Place shoes with water bags in the freezer.

5. When the water in the bags freezes it expands.

6. Take the shoes out of the freezer, remove the
bags, and wear immediately.

7. Let your newly expanded shoes mold to your feet as they warm up and constrict.

Hello! I know this is kinda off topic but I was wondering if you knew where I could get a captcha plugin for my comment form? I'm using the same blog platform as yours and I'm having trouble finding one? Thanks a lot!

No prob.
I believe it was a default choice under permissions. Captchas reduce spam -- sad;y, they do not eliminate it.
